As a family run business founded in 1959, TACO Metals’ foundation has been built upon strong family values. The growth and success we have achieved over all these years has been a direct result of the long-term, trusted relationships established amongst our team members, customers and suppliers.
Recently, my brothers, Jon, Bill and I began planning a succession strategy. It was extremely important to us that the legacy our father created, continued to be passed on to ensure TACO remains well positioned to thrive for many more years to come.
After a thorough search, we are extremely pleased to announce that as of November 25, TACO has become part of Patrick Industries. We believe Patrick is an excellent fit for TACO as they share in our values, culture and vision and want to see them continue unchanged. To help ensure this, my brothers and I plan to remain on and continue to lead TACO just as we have been. As a result, there will be no changes in our management or operations. Most importantly, there will be no change in how we continue to service and meet the needs of you, our valued customer.
We wanted to share this news with you right away and let you know how excited we are about the long-term opportunities this presents.
