Our TACO extrusion lines operate 24/7. Our extrusion products range in size from 1-1/2 inch to 3-1/2-inch and produce flexible and rigid PVC custom profiles. Our custom formulated compounds and colors provide excellent UV weathering and impact resistance. We offer both single- and dual-extrusions capabilities, decorative foil lamination and PSA tape backings, all designed, engineered and tooled in-house. Our downstream cooling, vacuum sizing and calibration tanks control tight dimensional tolerances. We have both in-line and off-line fabrication that are cut to size with punch, route, drill and countersink.
